All of our greeting cards are produced in-house and shipped via Printful. Each card is created specifically for each customer; subsequently, cards are produced on demand after an order is placed. This allows us to create cards in a sustainable manner and ensure that each card is freshly crafted and of the highest quality. Below you will find information regarding our order processing times, shipping times, order tracking, and international shipping.

Processing Times

It will take us between 2-5 business days to print, pack and ship your order once your order is assigned to an employee.

Please remember that shipping times only begin to count down once your order is shipped, and processing times do not count toward shipping times. Weekends and holidays do not count toward business days.

Shipping Times

Once your order is shipped, you can expect to wait the following times for your order to arrive.

Canada: 2-13 business days

USA: 2-6 business days

Other Countries: 5-20 business days

Please remember that the times stated above can change depending on the shipping carrier and your exact location.

We are not responsible for shipping delays due to your shipping carrier, weather, high volumes of packages at your shipping carrier, or delays in shipping outside of your country’s borders.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, we will send an email that contains a tracking link, which will give you the ability to track your order as it ships to you.

You can track your order by logging into your Account Page. Contact us if you have trouble finding the tracking email because it shouldn’t be in the spam/junk folder.

International Shipping & Customs

Wherever you are in the world, we want your business, and we will ship there as we ship internationally.

Please keep in mind that for international orders, there may be customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees based on the regulations of your country. These charges will be the responsibility of the buyer, so we recommend checking with your customs office before you order to keep from being surprised by charges.
